queensland Canals.....

Bailed at 4am with boat in tow with the thought of dragging afew lures around the GC canals.

Conditions were great with plenty of surface action from Tarpon and maybe queenies/trev's. Flicked and dragged around endless amounts of different lures in hope of tapping into some surface fun but the bait they were feeding on was about 10-15mm in length which was way smaller than anything I had in the tackle box so I chucked on sum deep divers and dragged up afew of these guy's........

Jimmybob: yeah mate they fed the tribe well!

Badboygibbo: mate I didn't put the bream on the mat it probably was close to 28 to 30cm and the lure is a Berkley flicker shad.

Gad: if plan A doesn't work it always pays to have a plan B !!

Rocket: sick of Bass? NEVER!! I was just after a feed of fresh fish and besides the point Bass taste like sh#t!

Flatty catcher: Its on the cards mate.......

Just for the record I only kept the 2 cod on the mat and the rest went back to fight another day!

it`s amazing the number,who continuosly fish one plan, and who can`t or wont change tactics,and then say the areas are fished out.
