queensland quick bass session

hooked up with a new afo member "devster" who by a crazy chance is my next door neighbour!

we went down to our local creek to see if we could get a few bass. my 3rd cast and i was on! got that fish and my next on a rapala shad that i found at mcgavins veiw a few years back..lol

devster lost a beauty nd then we moved on. i manged 2 more on a berkley popper with a few more surface hits too boot and devser was floating out a worm and got the last bass of the session..when i got home looking at the pics i notice dev's bass had a tag in it! we didnt notice it in the dark

was pretty funny to meet my next door neighbour on afo but seems like i have another fishing buddy. was great to get out there and get a few devster

took the old man there today..he scored a donut, the poor old bugger. i managed 4 bass all under 40cm.none on the surface today but the little scorpions fished hard up against the bank were working... im praying for humidity!
