Sleepy Irresponsible Fisho Near Carnage

Peaceful Sunday Arvo in the yard, the boy and his chums have gone up the servo for lollies and due back very soon.....Crash, Boom! Rush out front and a Land Cruiser has mounted the curb, gone through a bush, across the sidewalk, then back onto the road, all rods on top snapped, 1 blown tyre. WTF? Driver; "I've been fishing all night and must have dozed off.......". Scary bit? My boy and his chums not more than 50m further up the sidewalk walking this way. 30 seconds either way and they'd have been smashed....Still haunting me. Be careful out there people.

It's good to hear that the boys are ok. Unfortunately bad things happen to good people. I hope the fisho pulled up for a nap after that one, although the adrenalin must have been pumping.

Good to see the boys are all ok kev and lets hope this clown has learned lesson,it's a timlie message to fisho's out there that have all nighters even when woking late then going fishing all day,if your feeling tired pull over and take a break even if it's only 5min better of getting home late then not at all.Or worse yet

yeah i have pulled up in a servo carpark for a nap a few times, if theres a big urgency to be somewhere the next day, dont pull an allnighter

Good to hear no-one was injured mate. I've seen a few of the guys who fish Vic Point comin home late at night towing boats and they've been all over the place on the road.

i have had a car driver through my fence.

scary stuff ,when u hear Crash, Boom!.

and u have kids out side in the yard etc.

and u are like WTF was that.

i would have called the cops on the bloke .

1 to check he hasn't had a few .

and falling asleep is no excuse or fishing all night.

if he was that buggered he should have had a hr nap at the ramp.

really makes u think ,when it close to home and kids are out .
