Sesame crusted YF tuna with chilli dressing

Sesame and fennel crusted yellowfin tuna with a chilli and ginger dressing. Recipe taken from Taste.

It's a really nice combination, especially with the chilli dressing, but the flavour of the fish does get a bit lost in it all. Next time I'll try it like the image in the recipe, go a quick fry and then slice it into small strips or cutlets. Hopefully that will balance the flavours a bit more.

7.5/10.

sounds good - I also do a similar style recipe with seared tuna and sesame seeds, both blackened and std (for looks) and use a Wasabi mayonnaise with it. I will give this one a try. Thanks

Could even just use the sauce with your recipe cw, would probably work nice too.

I like the idea of the blackened sesame seeds, would look cool. You just bake them in the oven for a bit?
