queensland Summer Classic Motivation: Jacks, Barra, Flatty, Mackerel

It with great pleasure that the team at Obsession Fishing are sponsoring the Summer Classic again. Noosa is such a heartland for Nordic Stage Rods (more Nordic's per capita than anywhere else in Australia) that is a pleasure to cruise around and have a better than average chance of seeing one of our rods in action.

The lads we support up there have been killing it lately and we thought we would share a few pictures to rev everyone up for a good Summer Classic...

Tim got this Solid Flatty in the lower. Oversized so of course released

Chris got this nice barra in the lower reaches. More amazingly on his Nordic Areal!

Solid Areal caught Jack.

Kyle caught this Jack on Chris's Areal and went and purchased one soon after!

The Macks have also been thick really close in. Before the wind picked up the bar crossing was smooth as and doable by nearly any tinny so here is hoping for some better comp weather...
