queensland Nth Pine Dam Boating Permit Question ?

I see applications for permits open on 15Aug16, does anyone know when the earliest opportunity to collect the key will be? I had a permit for this season, and went to head off to the dam yesterday but seem to have lost my key... I think I left it in my old vehicle that I sold :-(

Next question; I've got a mate visiting from out of town around the 29Aug-2Sep. We were looking forward to heading out onto NPD for a  session or two, so now I don't have a key I was wondering if someone might be looking for a couple of eager deckies on the dam that week??

I think 27 and 28 aug is the first pick up time for keys at 9am at the dam, but the key wont fit the gate until the first of sept.
