Goldcoast Cup 2017

Will be heading down the goldcoast saturday as a support boat again for the goldcoast cup.

Should be another fun day! Will try and get some pics. 42kms at 5 or 6 knots. :-)

Done and dusted for another year. Was more fun this year with 3mtr swells and 20knts of wind on top. Seaway was hard to cross and seas very angry.

Incident free in my boat. We lost one boat on the Tweed and a canoe flipped on the seaway.

The team put up a youtube video. They got gold in the end. Hard to tell the sizes of the swell in the video though, but it gives an idea. Still can't believe how well the Yalta handled with 6 POBs in the cop.

they must get along all right going by the timetable on their web page, 42k and expect entire fleet to be done within 4 hours.!
