Hit the goldy last Friday night for a session with a mate chasing some whiting on bait, we both cracked out the alveys grabbed a few beers and anchored watching the footy and having a few laughs. Was a slow night but the quality of the catch was good

Only caught one bream that was 26cm and sent it swimming again

Yeah I noted that idea ....

for years now I`ve  used a cut to length piece of soft rope with occy straps on each end that connect to the rails and the rope has 4 knots tied equal distanced along it, on which we rest our rods, this is always kept in the boat junk box, always on hand.
