queensland Npd Short Session

Rick and I had to pick up our new permits this morning so naturally we could not drive up there without having a fish. I had to be home by lunch time so we did a couple of shrimp traps and tried a couple of drop offs close to the ramp picking up a few bass here and there before knocking off at 9am

Ended up with 15 fish and some brownie points for getting home early.

Back for a longer session tomorrow and again Monday.

tagged fatty was tagged in last years sailing club survey and has grown 2cm.

@rayke1938 did you see the thread "jsut doing his own thing" that had a bass recaptured after 25 years and had barely grown? Is this normal/possible or could there be a tag number mistake?

Just slow grower . Shame that it was kept and not released. Normally a 50cm bass is at least 10 years old with good growth rate.
