Does anyone know any good kayaking spots up the brekkie creek location; where to fish, what tide, what time Etc.

I don't know Brekkie Creek at all but I have seen quite a few snaps of fish caught there. Best tide is the last 2 hours of the run out.

They get some big jacks in there. I have seen photos of the big bridge at the ICB place.

Ramp in Albion near where Whitworths used to be is an alright launch spot.

Brekkie Creek is a surprising place. It is great for kayaks, as most bigger boats cannot get too far up. Considering how much industry is on it and how much filth is in it(view it at low tide and it will probably disgust you), it holds good scores of fish and crabs. Despite it being not that long, it changes a lot, has a varied terrain, and changes in depth again and again. The two ramps are perfect for kayaks or small boats.

A lot depends on rainfall and the size of tides. You can get as far up as about Ballymore, from then it shallows out and is mostly a drain. Concentrate on the holes, and around the various bridges(there is heaps).

I was told that the heavy metals that crabs may have in there body is put into the shell and the fingers and mustard and the meat is still good to eat... I hope that is true... I don't glow at night or anything...
