just be aware that no matter what reel you buy, no matter what the price tag, if you don`t look after them with some basic care after use they can all seize up. A bit of a rinse and make sure all sand/grit/salt  water splash is cleaned off after use, a drop of oil every so often also helps.Along with using them within their intended range and not treating them as unbreakable winches gives any reel  an extended life.

I would highly recommend a Shimano sienna 2500 reel (8 pound braid) with a Shimano Catana 662 spin rod
