Started off trolling down the dam and first bass was a 33cm, then the second was a 33cm, then you wouldnt want to know it but the third was a 33cm bass,I thought this buggar must be following me.Moving on I managed a few more on the troll before pulling up at my first spot for some jigging.They would not touch anything I tried, so tried trolling through the school and fish on, fish on etc.Tried another couple of spots, one would only take bait and the other wouldnt even take anything.Wind got up so I headed for home,looked at the tag gun and still had one tag, must have forgot to tag last fish,so pulled up at a spot that has produced before, dropped down 2 baits and both went off,14 fish later I was finally heading home. Managed 56 bass and no mongrel forkies, looks like they might be gone for the winter.

Nice one mate. Owning it as usual. the water looked mint early.  I'm heading out today to do some underwater surveys this morning. I hope it is nice

We are lucky that there are several places to get out of the wind and if you are lucky they

might have fish there

I used to have a spot on the way back up the dam that always used to be good for a yella,if you had a bad session it was good to get yellas here to save your bear ass.
