Great weather on NPD today.

Brother and I had a leisurly start this morning with a 0930 launch.

Very quiet heading down to the island with the sounder screen remaining empty till we got down to the fig tree.

As we headed towards marker 3 the sounder showed small numbers of bass holding near the drop offs and between 5 to 10 meteres deep.

Over the next hour or so trolling over the same beat we landed 12 bass including 3 double hookhups. All double hookups occured after one of us hooked up and the other was retrieving his lure.

Best bass was 50 cm fork lenght caught by my brother. I must be a great guide to keep him scoring 50s bass. 

Off the water at 1600.

Wow nice mate. One day I will get a 50+. One day.... Weather looks pretty nice too.

Sunday to Thursday is looking good for a couple of trips.

Might have a toga only trip!!

No Togas.

Bank casting is very slow at present, hopefully will pick up when the weather warms up.

I am super keen to spend some time up north trying for a toga party.
