Hi guys,

We are trying to capture some data at the moment on how you book your fishing trips and we could really use your help.   We are currently working with large tourism organisations across Australia and we're trying to work out how to reach the fishing holiday market.

We all know that most people who book a charter boat or stay at a holiday rental usually book directly and usually, that's through word-of-mouth.

HOW DO YOU BOOK YOUR FISHING HOLIDAY? 

Do you use a website?  Do you call a hotel directly? Do you use a travel agent?  Other?

Sometimes a Website. 

I know of a charter that I went on and they were great so would go back to them. 

I mostly book the accommodation and just fish. 

Yes often call hotel directly

Sometimes use airbnb. Sometimes one of the booking sites but I feel like I get ripped of by them. 

There are realestate agents on Stradbroke island that we call. 

Sometimes just google holiday places and find caravan parks in the area. 

Often just go back to where we have been before that we have liked.

Generally I use the web for research and then book online. Why not use a Google Form to capture your survey responses ? It’s free and makes data analysis way simpler
