  1. I'd love to catch that, my biggest is 80cm and probably the hardest fighting fish i've caught.
  2. Early morning around prolific bait holding and structured areas are my tips for lures. Never got one on bait. My mate missed a suspect nice jack on a live biddy tonight and I landed a nice 53cm Tarpon on one as well. It is all about putting in time. I would not try the Brisbane River for my first jack though, they are uncommon.. seem to prefer cleaner waters.

Do you reckon you were making progress, or was she just playing with you? all i could do was motor in front of her and try and lead her head to the surface, she was an easy 1.8-2mtr bully out at kooka last year, i started at my usual spot and ended up over half way to river side, i had a couple of fellas in another boat ask me if i wanted them to gaff it, so i got her to the surface and gave them a good shot but they pooped them selves when they realised how big she was  its no yarn as i bought the pretest from charltons and took it back to show them how frayed it was after gaining line then losing it all again over and over, had to strip the whole lot off as it was stuffed.. what bait did the beast take? haha i remember going into charltons a while back and they showd me your horse thready on their computer. Spent many hundreds at charltons, my local.
  4. Im like angus. I GOT CATS!, well a cat. i like both dogs and cats alot, but my brother is allergic to dog hair so i have a cat named sam, hes about 11 this year, got him in grade 1 for my birthday , i loveee him . Got a great personality, at my old house, everytime he went outside he was attacked and abused by a group of angry indian minors lol, he has gotten his revenge.. . His favourite food is cheese and tuna along with any fish i seem to catch! lol. After he gets food in the morning he goes absolutly frisky and darts around the house at speed hiding in places its realy funny to watch haha. Looks like angus's black cat but he has green eyes anyway... not bad for $30
