Raised engine to top hole. Put bigger 17p prop on. Had the girl out Fri to Sun. It's a different boat with these mods.

Here is my first run. It worked and aligned perfectly. I'll get some alloy stock in soon and try my luck at mackerel spoons. The CNC also allows me to now make custom switch panels. Imagine your own panel designed to specifically for your boats dash.

Boat builder is your best bet. Some boats love pods, other's just aren't designed to have the engine back further. Then you have the design to think about. Do it wrong and the water pressure will "suck" the stern of your boat down making it a pig. If there are not many hours on your engine, selling and buying the right one might be a good option. Personally I would try the jacking plate as Junky suggested.
