Bull sharks as a feed?

Any good? Or should I just keep fishing for flatties and bream?

I've never been sharking as of yet, but plan on doing so over this season. Just wanna know if they're worth eating or if I should just catch and release? :fishing:

Also, what the size and bag limits of these fellas if any at all? Naturally I'll only take what I need, but figured best ask incase I'm wrong.

They taste pretty good. Smell terrible when filleting, but if you can get past that, they're good eating.

Not bag or size limits as of yet, but soon-ish (can't remember exactly when), it might be changed to 1 per person

if you are going to eat them for best results knock the head tail and fins off and gut them as soon as you catch them fillet and skin as soon as possible

the bad smell is all in the skin

Thanks for the tip. Still gotta try and land one first. hahaha.

When I do get my gear together may jump on here and see if anyone else, with more experience, is keen to go out aswell. The more tips I can get the better.
