Virus scam??

My lady received a phone call from a Pakistni/Indian voice saying he was from"www.supportonclick.com.

He asked for any teenager in the house,questioned about WTF,he said there were virues on our computer and he needed firewall turned off so he could eliminate them.Told where to go.

Contacted ip server,was informed that this mob wants you on the computer to lift your protection,so they can then hack in and down load a virus,then they advise you they can sell you the package to get rid of the virus.

I`m not computer smart so i hope this makes sense
