Whats the go with North Pine Dam? Is boating allowed on this waterway or what?

I was under the impression that similar to other small reservoirs, (eg Lake Macdonald), Its was a no go zone for power boats.

My question comes from the fact that I was out at Lakeside Raceway today indulging my other Hobby and while I was there, I saw a sky boat with 2 skiers behind running around for a good half hour.

Not to be picky but we have some pretty strict noise and pollutino regs to follow out at lakeside and I can tell you now that the boat was a lot louder than most of the cars running around today.

Dano Npd is not open for boat fishing at this time. When the water level basses 50% we

will be able to apply for a permit through the PRFMA. Meantime bank fishing only....

Kurwongbah has had ski boats since it was built but fishing out of a boat is taboo.
