Hey guys

went chasing some carp yesterday in search of a monster.

in total, i caught 8 carp the biggest going 36cm. .

was really disapointed as i lost a huge carp in a tree. . it went crazy, couldnt stop it :dry:

will be heading down nextweekend

to try my luck again

the new reel i got off ebay went really well again, really smooth and has a nice solid feel to it.

heres the spot were most carp were caught, never fished it before, but seemed like a good looking spot, the tree in front of my rod is were i lost the nice carp.

biggest carp of the day, suprisingly put up a really nice fight for its size.

the rest varied around this size

aye dan the carp you catch where you go are a little smaller than the ones i catch. u seem to be getting alot aroud the 30cm mark. most carp we catch out west where i live you rarly catch them under 30cm i caught a nice 40cm carp the other day and it was one of the smaller ones.

you really need to come out and i'll take ya and we will catch some big carp, come when the river is running we will catch so many more than usual.
