queensland peel island virgin

never fished peel island before,any help on reef's and spot's to start a scouting fish would be great. i know about the green zone's so that's not too much of a problem. i use plastics on light gear and would like to target pinkies or grassies or whatever grabs my bait. planning to go this sat 21st. thank's very much

there are a couple of marks outside the green zone.

Stick to about 5- 8m of water cast to the shallows

really good advice there Leighton!

also there are a couiple of good spots just inside Lazarett's gutter in about 6m of water along the drop off as you head in from the red markers, kinda near an isolated hazard can marker. as long as you are in more than 2m of water (if it were low tide) you aren't in a green zone. expect squire, grassies, the odd tusky, cod, and moses perch. don't forget to fin your reef fish though!
