queensland Coomera river

hey guys

might head out to the gold coast sometime this week for abit of a fish.

last few times at the coomera river theres been to much fresh in it, but that was atleast 2-3 weeks ago, so was just wondering if anyones been there lately, and if its alright?

wouldnt go unless it doesnt rain at all this weeek and the forcast is for rain.............

if you're heading to the goldie and the swell calms down a bit the southport seawall might be worth a look...

Nar still too fresh mate. We had a bit of rain this morning and in the arvo as well. Probs get away with it on Wedensday at the earliest if the forecast is correct (bit of rain tomorrow but over cast for weds/thursday). I'd hang back till thursday, personally.

Well, after the rain we've had the last few days, I don't think it'd be too much better... If your heading down the coast, see if you can find some canals, away from a main river. Basically these sort of canals don't get affected by rain run-off so are much more consistent.

probably just target some bream on just some servo bait

also try some sp's out.
