Live bait shops in and around Brissy Center/Valley

Just wondering if there's any places to pick up live bait close to the Valley area? I don't have a cast net, and don't have the first idea on how to throw one

Any bait shops for that manner, looking at heading out to brekky creek tonight to have a go, but can't find somewhere easily accessably to find any biat

Not too many shops sell live bait. Don't think there are any close to the CBD. The BP Station at Newstead (off Kingston Smith Dr) sells frozen servo type bait though

dont know of any at all but if u have a cast net throw some bread out adn you ar bound to catch some live bait. dont know if this helps u at all.

walk into the nearest supermarket and get some fresh prawns or mullet fillets is the best you'll do in the city

learn to throw a net, its really worth it, it isnt hard,the nets arent expensive, and you'll never have to buy bait again

There's a few asian supermarkets that have stuff swimming around in tanks...

There's a fisho in McWhirters mall, I think its near the overpass going to the carpark. You should be able to get some fresh stuff in there, green prawns atleast, nothing live of course but beats the **** out of servo stuff, prob work out cheaper too and you can cook up what you don't use.
