brisy river floodwaters

lot of fresh coming down the river at the moment very strong even stronger than the run in tide so if fishing i would suggest only fishing on the run in tide

whereabouts in the river were ya? right at the mouth?

really hoping this weekend isn't fresh dirty and useless lol..

is there much crap floating down the river like last time, branches etc?

the jindalee boat ramp got washed away when i was there this afternoon, lots of debris including a 10000 litre tank and tvs and just everything seemed to float past. alot of logs. fishing wont be very food for the next few weeks.

Yeh the water was ripping out past the Indooroopillyish area. Heaps of hyacinth and general crap coming down as well. Didn't look very appealing to drop a line into. Tide was verrry high at high tonight. Highest I've seen it ever I'm pretty sure.

sure am glad all my uni work is finished at the end of this week and conditions are useless

hopefully the debris situation isn't too bad im sure the river mouth would be going off with all the bait flushed down

i was at the mouth with the tide coming in and getting pushed out the mouth

mate there is heaps of crap floating down the river at the moment even at the mouth, this weekeend wont be anygood for fishing in the river, to much fresh water. all the fish at the mouth and the river push out to cleaner water then come back when its more salty and cleaner
