just wondering if anybody's going down for the weigh in today??

i know some good fish have been caught!

going down tomorrow for a peep

9 kilo snapper

24 kilo cobe

4 kilo flathead

1.36 kilo bream

some of what i can remember, and that's day 1, let alone sunday and monday's efforts.

Hmmm 1.36kg makes it hard but yah never know. There is a top limit of 60cm on flathead so that 4kg might be out maybe?

yeah they have some funny rules reguarding flathead down there, milan alway's wins for that species, i swear he's got em at home, :laugh: and if it's not him that wins it's his brother ivan, both run pro catch tackle shop at sunnybank, good blokes too i also thought a 4 kilo would be way over the size limit, but got these results from another site, but will find out tomorrow for sure, i think times are from 11am to 1 pm for those interested in a look. ah 1.36 is not that big for the blokes that know how to, last year was 1.7something and got beaten.

near the pub, as you drive into redlands, you can't miss it. it will all be fenced off the jumping castle and things like that. on the left hand side comming from cleveland. across the road from fish head tackle shop USED TO BE. just look for all the people if your close to weigh in times.

ivan and milan..they are a great pair of blokes. i usually pop in there for bait takes five minutes to get the bait and two hours having a larf with milan. i find myself in there when i don't want to buy anything it's just a great place to chat.

i'm just going to see the fish caught in the comp, not going for a fish. the fish are displayed in a glass ice box, normally under the xxxx tarp.

yeah..you have to spend a thousand bucks to get ten minutes of chat..opposed to ten bucks and a thousand larfs and some good info too
