Help wanted with water depth

Hi, was wondering if anyone could tell me a good fishing depth to be looking for round mud and green islands.....Thanx

The best depth to fish is the same depth that the fish are at.

i look for the fish befor the depth and good structure is the key

Sorry iam just messin whit cha, the depth is not as important as the bottom structure as in 10meters of water with a nice rubble bottom will be better than 20m with a bare sand bottom. bottom structure is the key

we search around the 8-10m mark during the daylight hours. like the guys say find some structure. we then set a drift over this mark. once you find where the fish are biting anchor up if your bait fishing. following the contour lines is another way of finding some good spots. dawn and dusk are best times in water this deep. if you over night you can move up onto the top of the contour lines..4-5m or move in closer to the island. again like the guys say find some structure it doesn't have to be heaps either. a small show has worked better for me than heaps of structure. i always get things like pike when there's a lot on the bottom.
