27mm at Kippa-Ring up till 730am this morning....still raining now 8.50am. Spoke to Dino a few minutes ago , he told me that it hasn't rained on NPD since he arrived at 6am. I chickened out cos of the rain here but I haven't missed much cos Dino said the fish are quiet so far, but I know what Dino can ,most times ,do...watch this space. Tight lines.Ian M. :cheer:

and i heard it was just starting to clear up too, maybe good for the snapper though they say they like the dirty water the bigger ones tend to come in after the rain

I'm looking forward to when the water goes down a bit. Too much water for the bass to swim in means they're much harder to find.

Rising water there used to mean you could chase them in the grass but at the moment the trees in the water put a bit of a stop to that caper.

Should be an interesting summer when it finally rolls around.( If it ever stops bloody raining )

Just hope that the inflow is clean water as the dam is just starting to cleanup. Otherwise in a couple of days we will be fishing the murk again.

Yeah I saw on the news water just pouring over the wall. Sad to say but I guess all those lung fish that got put back last time are on the other side again
