ive been out in even stonger westerlies than this to the gold coast inshore reefs and its nearly flat was able to cruise down with no bumpty bumps. my mates thought i was mad but it turned out to be no swell and plenty of fish and no crowds.

I have never actually been outside in whats considered "perfect" or even really "good" weather for that matter.

So friday is looking pretty good to me :P

What I can do is give you a 100% method to figure out when the good weather will be on for fishermen.

This is it -

No doubt Saturday, Sunday, public holidays will be rubbish.

No doubt the weekdays when I am able to go will be rubbish.

No doubt the best weather will be when I cannot go fishing.

100% accurate !

its should be fine for sunday as its mostly wsw , the wind is mostly west so its coming off the land, so snapper fishing it will be on the closer reefs lol, dont think we will get to go and jig for the AJs though unless they are in close :( all though if we get to moreton we will have great protection from the island and deep water is not too far out from the cape, fingers crossed!!!
