My pop all ways goes fishing here and gets rly nice bream in winter and some nice flathead in the summer months hes best catch was a 64cm Golden travelly on mullet fillet:)

I dunno how good it would be. I agree with Dazza. It will get crowded. Better off finding a more secluded area on the beach or on the spit I reckon.

im just looking for spots to go on thursday? originally thinking just the Coomera river, but would like to try a different spot.. Dont mind what i catch but mainly targeting Bream and Flatties on bait and plastics.

Coomera is not that great for plastic if u fish landbase just under the m1, but go off with bait, HEAPS of small bream form about 15-25cm like i found out hahah. for lures i would try Nerang river, iam going there thursday:)
