as you know when your on a charter you tend to go on the deckies advice and today i was getting not a bite as he said to fish about a meter off the bottom,so i started to do a slow retreive and only to find the fish were feeding in about 10-15 meters off the bottom,and when i told him said that he new but if we all fished there there would be tangles everywhere,these guys should let us know were the fish realy are,as soon as i told raven he hooked up within minutes,after today it has put me off a bit.brad

Thats their standard blurb they just tell you too fish a meter off the bottom as you lose less tackle so it easyer and cheaper for them and that deckie wouldn't have known where the fish were untill you told him

i got two snapper in minutes then they called it a day we just hit a good patch aswell,them the breaks i suppose.

OZ Forecast has got next sat at 6knots from the wsw swinging to the ese at 5knots in the arvo, seabreaze hasn't got next sat up yet but looks like being a good one for a cape or beyond trip
