Baroon pocket Eka Wednesday?

I am thinking of taking the kids up to Baroon pocket on the Eka wednesday (12/8) for a BBQ and paddle in the yaks, wont be a serious fish for me with the kids in tow, but should be nice day for a BBQ. If any one else wants to tag along, I can cook for ya while your doing some real fishing!

Been nearly a year since I fished Baroon Pocket,after 4 donuts in a row I decided not to go back until someone reported catching some fish there! But none of the dams are fishing well at the moment, so doesn't really matter either!

Just wondering do you need a permit for your Yak or are the permits only for boats?

Only need a permit if you are electric powered. If you are it is an honour box system at the site, $5.
