after the night i spent at brunswick heads over the week end, i think more of this sort of thing should happen, you only had to be there to see that this was long over due, i am thinking of a similar trip down the jumpinpin way for a bit of a camp out 1 weekend soon, very soon. so i guess this is a post to see how much interest there would be. thinking some weekend in august ! so what do ya rekn?

here's the deal, i got a 4.3 with a 40 yammy out bak, can fish 4 ppl, not to worried about who uses it as it's the night life i have come to enjoy now. has a 60 lt under floor tank, so heaps of range.goes ok, so if ya got a lic no prob using it. and big enough for all the gear to take too, and i have most if not all of that too. ahhh beers and a bon fire... doesn't get any better. but hey... serious for a sec.. no foolishness. thats all i ask in return.

I had an absolute ball at the "State of Origin", and I was only there for a day and a night! Would be good to catch up with all you fellas again, this time for the duration! If the green machine allows, I will be there with bells on, with the family, and a bucket load of piss........actually, probably more! They say golf is the best socialising past-time, I beg to differ......Fishing!

rayn i think this mite a bit of a boys overnighter.more than a family thing.

correct me if i wrong guys

anyways rayn u can hitch a ride in my tinny if u want 2

once i throw a swag ,esky and fishing gear its only ,have enough room for 2 and will be a slow trips ,but i say its time to trawl.

if u are up for family weekends away we try to go away once a month .usually somewhere where u can fish.i like to camp on rivers or creeks or beach if i can.

i am assuming its a guys weekend based on that we will have to travel to the pin by water.

i think i would leave from Jacobs well as it's the closest to the pin and maybe camp at the bedrooms .

what u reckon guys ?

its been a few years since i have been down there.

and many years since i camped there.

Sounds great but might be hard to swing as I am away in the Torris strait for two weeks mid august and will need to have some family time when I get back. The minister for war and finance would not take to me coming home from that and then going fishing with the boys all weekend ;)

it was more the family thing i was thinking about .if u don't have a boat a family take up a bit of room on a boat ,but then if some1 is willing to transport ryan and his family then all good.

that what i was trying to say i think .
