new toy for the mrs

got the mrs a new toy today .

its a rod :woohoo:

and reel combo.

got her a abu pink stick 6'6" spin combo.

looks ok for a bait soaking rod .

rod ,abu light pink stick 2-4 kg

reel abu cardinal C102P

got one of the tags on it .they support the Mc GRATH foundation.

mrs like the rods and reels that support the breast cancer etc.

nice and pink lots so she like's it .

had a play with it nice and light ,not bad feeling over all.

should do here good for bream to flatties and so on.

a lot better than the 15$ big w Berkley job she had.its really pink too so the 5 year old girl get it .

My mrs has a thing for the pink fishing rods as well mate, so far it has cost me two okuma femme fatale spin combos and three weeks ago she decided she wanted the pink abu bait casting combo for trolling all of them donating to the Mcgrath foundation. All good quality rods though and handle big North pine bass with ease.

and the okuma femme fatale spin combos ,but the only had the big ones in stock.looked way to big and heavy for what she dose.

the okuma femme fatle reels look ok . they look better than the gear i got .
