not been doing much fishing but hit the water last week..wed and sunday..tried a few new spots as mud has bee a bit quiet..anyway chucked a few plastics around and drowned a few baits to come up with these..wed;

we started at a spot north of mud fringing the usual contingent sitting there. then tried heaps of spots in some of the deeper surrounding water. got most of the fish on little bits of weed/snags not on the reef... tried mud but didn't get much the reef was full of trumpeter. going out tomorrow hopefully the weather will be good enough to let us hit peel

hi dan maybe one day i'll cover it..lol. went out again today caught a few and got absolutely smashed..i'll pop up a report and a pic for the ones we did keep.

getting smashed is good fun. ive started fishing for the river squire with 12kg of drag and 50lb braid on a 40lb broomstick rod, no more getting smashed
