Got my new yak

Thanks to Anacondas 20% off everything sale today I got my kayak :woohoo: I bought it at 10 am and was on the water at 1230. The maiden voyage was at fishermans is. For my first paddle, since I had my surf ski 5 years ago, it went bloody good. The yak is very stable and surprisingly comfy! and to top it off I got a 45cm flatty which made my day :woohoo: The only down side was the wind vs the incoming tide, hard going.

Sweet saturday or sunday Im in! :cheer: . When I get home tomorow after work I'll set up the electric, I just need to hunt down a battery. Has anyone got some photo's of there yaks with an electric and fishfinder/transducer set up to post up?

I know the wind will be kinder on Sunday Henry, but I gotta keep the minister happy too.

I've got a leave pass for Saturday only. With the wind forecast from the north I was thinking of hitting the Coomera around Sanctuary Cove or Tally Creek.
