However, essentially it will be awarded to a skipper (ever if they have not personally caught anything) who has put a deckie/deckies onto some good fish! Regarding prize packs - each will have a cap, couple of hundred metres of braid and a bunch of different size hooks. Total value per pack would be around $60-$70. 3.
