well the day started off slow as i met my mate down the ramp and he forgot the boat keys at home so i went off in my boat to set the pots and waited for him only to get a call the battery was flat in his boat so he went home and i stayed for a few hours with only one bream and a small flathead two small mudcrabs and a big female crab only out for three hours but wasnt too bad,will put a pic up soon.brad

i was down there too last night, not in a good state, ended up with 2 jewies for our efforts, went aot putting the boat in at my mates bloodt ramp. bloody barnacles!

mate i think i have a spot for muddies had some pots in for 2 hours and got three no keepers but if left in longer should do allright,photos wont work had no memory card in and dont know how to retreive them,how many beers had you had when you did that rob

That set of rivers has the slimiest slipperiest mud I have come across! Lucky it was only superficial cuts Rob, gunna hurt like stink for a few days unless you got all the crap out

Agree Feral, it is one of the worst and I live here. I have heard of jewies but never been able to brave the mossies long enough to stick it out.

Noname thats a good stack wound you have there. I took a fairly good stack at breaky creek a few months back and had simmilar battle wounds. I cleaned it up and still got a pretty nasty infection.. Might have to attack it with the wire brush mate. Good luck hope it heals all up!
