Hey guys

Decided to head down to a local creek not far from my house again to target some more carp today, in the pouring rain . It didn't seem to be that heavy but it wasn't long before i was soaked and the rain was getting heavier :laugh: .

Was getting no bites so began to wind in my bait and striked to see if anything was there, and believe it or not, id hooked a nice carp. Didnt even know it was there. :cheer: Took a few minutes to get down the muddy bank to net it, but i was happy when it finally fell in the net.

A Definent PB in lengh at 65cm. I then headed home soaked and happy.

thats a cracker dan! fat beast :laugh: i put an hour in at undalla for 2 small as carp , but sighted some big beastie ones along the edges . its got me very keen to get into this carp fishing , chasing them on light line will be a challenge , keep up the good work!

yea wes, there good fun on the light tackle, i even went lighter today and tryed a different outfit that i got off ebay . Its great doing the creek a favour and having fun at the same time.
