PM limit has been reset to 100 per day. This is to minimise Spam from occurring and also reduce huge amounts of strain on the server. 100 we believe is ample enough messages to send in a day

Karma is not coming back per se, a revamped version karma in the form of Activity Points is on the cards. Stay tuned...
