My new punt!!!!

Been offered to buy a punt for $550. Picture is attached.

Want to know your thoughts...is it worth it ???

Clarks are a good tinny. It looks like there is a fishfinder installed, does it come with anything else?

I've already got the leccy motor and battery to suit...i'm thinking of the bass i can target with this puppy!!!

As long as it doesn't leak too much I reckon it's a good buy.

Don't expect to use it in the bay though. Rivers and calm waters / dams etc it'll be great.

As one who used a 10 foot punt on NPD for the first 5 years , the Clark you are looking at should suit you down to the ground. I ran a 36lb Minn Kota on mine and Dino had a 50 on his 11 footer and they served us well.Caught several thousand bass , yellas , silvers and redclaws each over that period. Picked it up this afternoon...was pleasantly surprised :-) Can't wait to get it in the water!

Those John punts are good gear, that was our boat of choice out on the Condamine. My old man still has a very old one sitting in his back yard.( I think the stickers on it are the only thing keeping it afloat )

Great for driving straight up onto the bank and simply stepping out to go boil the billy.

That one will make a nice bass electic boat. Well done.
