The rule is... roughly translated"the default speed limit in built up area is 50km/h"... "unless there is a speed limit sign on the road showing a different speed limit".

There for 60 it is.

But,maybe for court you would need a dated photo of the sign and maybe a witness if a blueboy thought different.
