A couple of months ago u might have noticed on the front cover of the fishing monthly a guy holding up a fish with a tennis grip over his handle of his rod.Has anyone done this? I just tried it on the weekend and it works great .When you flicking all day it sure makes a diffrence ,The tennis grips are only about 3 - 4 bucks soo yeaa .

yea matey,I`ve found that the handles of some rods sold over the years seemed to be made slimmer each year,and on a couple of my favoured rods I have been using these grips to bulk out the handles to my liking.over time the adhesive breaks down with the salt water exposure and rinses off after each trip,but a drop of super glue fixes this,or there cheap to replace if needed
