I think this report deserves to win on the following factors

it was Juls's first go at freshwater fishing and instead of taking it easy and throwing a shrimp in at a dam and waiting you can see by the photos alot of physical effort went into this trip

Her fish where caught on lures not an easy feat when you havent tried fresh fishing before

the report was entertaining and the photos where great

and last but not least, How good is it for a example of AFO spirit, Jimmybob takes Ryan and taught him the ropes and ryan then in turn does the same for juls! fantastic!

Why do you think this deserves to win?:

I believe this was a first rate report because Wes took the time to share his knowledge with someone less experienced, while still achieving his fishing goal. Teaching others, especially children, is not easy and requires plenty of patience and will power. The report was descriptive and informative, yet still delivered with a warmth and humour that made for an entertaining read. Finally, the photos complimented the report immensely, clearly showing the size and quality of the catch in question.

Why do you think this deserves to win?: The report is well written with a good spread of serious fishing, humour, recipe ideas, product critique, and awesome photos. The report obviously took some time to write and include the photos and it was done on the pretence of nothing more than to provide an entertaining read to other members.
