ok. Christmas is here again, 2 hours of sweating and groaning in the sun, probably another 2 to go, putting together bl@@dy flat packs, "needs some assembly" toys and generally listening to kids ask when will it be ready.

Ah well, at least I have something to do later - I am oiling the shotgun and going looking for whoever invented flatpacks....

Wife and I have got peace until 3pm, first time for years and years, until I meet the tribe in the hinterland for a couple of days of babbling brooks and screaming trail bike riding grandchildren, I,ll settle for the babbling brook and maybe a bass.

I've been going to all the shopping centres all week, and still haven't shot a single person The carparks have been the most trying, especially in a truck

The only time I went to the shopping centre was yesterday morning, early, it was quite pleasant, not even a normal crowd there. Usually, I have the urge to shoot a few everytime I go out, but yesterday, no hassles!

Andrew I feel your pain brother two years in a row santa brought my girls flat packs for dad to put to gether 1 to about 3 hours the other took all fu###ng day AND i mean all day 8 to 9 hours with part A going to part K to part Z that sort of thing and thank god for beer.So mate he's on the top of my to shot list to.

In rockhampton having christmas with the kids and my lovely grand daughter. time to drink beer and have lunch. no flatpacks for my kids they are a bit old.

the shops have been a mad house around here ,mrs did all the shopping i just went to 1 yesterday.

no presents requiring assembly this year

went to bed 330 am ,up at 6 am do xmass back in bed at 7 am for 5 hrs .all good now
