Any Plumbers out there?

As if it isn't frustrating enough sitting around all day drinking beer, watching cricket and thinking about when the weather will change so I can get out in the tinnie, I have now got a blocked drain. Tomorrow is the wife's birthday, so I can't ask her to fix it. Have tried a few potions to get it all moving, but no luck. Since it aint all water bubbling out of the gully trap under the house it might be time for the old electric eel. Any plumbers on the site looking for a cash job? I live in Fairfield.

Plunge it with an old mop, the long haired heavy ones or a towel rapped around a broom handle. Momar from a plumbing shop is a pretty strong drain Acid

If that fails then you will need a drain cleaner

Thanks for the advice, Leighton, but the problem is a bit further down the line. The toilet flushes ok and all sinks and shower are emptying ok, but there is a trap under the house that is overflowing every time the dunny is flushed or the shower is on.

that will be your ORG. Sounds like the blockage is in the yard somewhere past the house. Just hire a little excavator from kennards and dig it all up! All your mates will want a go. :laugh:

I have my doubts. He didn't even have duct tape in his ute last time I needed some.

don't worry bout him bein on holidays, he'll be good with it. he's at sandgate these days though, but he'll travel.
