Couple of Bass from my local creek !!

Went for a quick flick before tea tonight for an hour or so, got 2 nice Bass 42 and 44 cm, the biggest i have got for a while, my PB is 45cm !! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Thanks mate - we tend to go on hols down that way in may and september each year so something to keep in mind. Spent 2 weeks at Iluka last september. Cheers.

Mate they are a couple of very nice big fish for a local creek, keep that one close to your chest

Is that the same lure I see for both fish? Looks like a pretty deep diver of some sort? Does it usually do the damage?

Yeah the lure is a River to sea DF 40 crank in the ghost gill brown

Iv'e lost 2 of these lures, for me it's the go to lure for bass.

Went out again the sarvi for another session for an hour!!

Got 4 bass 27, 29 32, 40cm in the first half an hour then nothing, changed to a surface lure and got a boil then next cast hooked him up and just before it got to the bank it threw the hooks!!

Great fun though!!
