fishyman
Hey guys, Just a quick one. Has anyone been to Moogerah lately? If so, was there much action? Reason i ask is i went to Maroon for the first time the other day and it was very quiet. Only got the one bass and missed quite a few more hits. Tried cranks and spinnerbaits on the timbered edge. Tried topwaters on the weed beds early. Then tried blades out deep on the dropoffs but none delivered any numbers. The water was so so clear. I could see my spinnerbaits for the whole retrieve even though they were a good 2m below the surface. Wether that had any influence on the fishing or not im not sure. Have a few days off at the end of the week and wouldnt mind heading back but just thought i would see if anyone has been to moogerah lately and if im better off heading there. Cheers fella's Tom
Malcolm
I'd be interested to Tom Give the camp ground office a ring they will tell you I used to ring them and they told me there was still not much being caught but that was over 12 months ago
