im thinking about going for a early fish in the brisbane river has anyone got any good spots

hi mate, landbased or boat? if landbased, you could try around Pinkenba or even Boggy creek. Good Stuff in there... if by boat.... also pinkenba. its takes you to the mouth. below is a link- threadfin brisbane..... you will see some action around pinkenba.

its land based

Wont be much chop with the big tides. The river will be running quick and full of lots of rubbish. Try and hour or so each side the change in the tide, you might do ok.
