hi all!

this post is a follow up from ryan's problem with his profile page. i have the same problem. other guys have said to try a different browser but if i change my internet browser, would i loose my virus secruity? and have to subscibe to a new one? and is there a reason why my profile page is blank? can it be fixed without changing In.Exp.

any info would be much appreciated.

Hey Fergie,

Changing browser will have no bearing on your anti-virus.

Webby is aware of the issue with the Profiles not showing when using IE, so it's just a matter of time. Now the weekend is here he may have some time to attend.

In the meantime download and install F/Fox and enjoy the improved browsing performance it will give you

Fergie changing browsers will have no bearing on your existing anti virus software.

We are aware of the issue and it is not a "Quick Fix" but will be dealt with ASAP.

As Ellicat suggested we would reccomend downloading firefox as this browser seems to support the site a lot better than Internet Explorer.

i have downloaded firefox there was still no change. i couldnt even log into AFO but now it seems to be ok

There was a glitch in the log in system last night so that was hopefully a coincidence.

I downloaded firefox and came up trumps on the profile problem. Haven't gone back to IE to check to see if it resolved.

We found the culprit piece of code and have removed it and will work on fixing that piece of code properly.
