Went to the dam this morning not expecting to catch much as I did not have any live shrimp.

It lived up to my expectations and I caught a donut but I have put in a couple of shrimp traps as well as my redclaw pots.

While I was trolling around in the middle of the basin I met up with the black snake god.

Unfortunately I didn't have a politician on board to sacrifice to the god so that probably explains my donut. :laugh:

Did my redclaw pots on the way back and they all looked like this after only 2 and a bit hours in the water.

Ended up with these.

It isnt as full as it looks as there are 8 sheets of techni ice there also.

But still a good feed.

Once when I was paddling my yak up there I had a green tree snake hitch a ride on the back when I wasn't aware. I didn't realise till I got back to the ramp and nearly grabbed the bugger thinking it was one of my black bungee cord rod leashes. I have no idea when he came aboard, just thankful it wasn't one of those black buggers or brown...
